Vogana is a Spanish fashion brand specializing in dresses for wedding guests and other formal wear for women. It was founded by Carmen de la Puerta, its Creative Director, who grew up surrounded by threads and needles in the world of fashion. The brand is distinguished by its high quality and constant innovation, drawing inspiration from vintage aesthetics and the Andalusian lifestyle. All garments are designed and manufactured entirely in Spain, with meticulous attention to detail to enhance the female figure and make you feel confident. Vogana's values revolve around quality , originality , and an attitude that celebrates every woman's personality.
You can conveniently purchase our dresses through the Vogana online store . If you prefer the in-person experience, we have a shop in Madrid (Calle Columela 6, Salamanca district) where you can see and try on our guest dresses in person. Our opening hours in Madrid are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:30, and Saturdays from 11:00 to 20:00. We also have a showroom in Seville (Calle Dr. Antonio Cortés Lladó 4) where we will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect dress. We look forward to welcoming you both online and in person!
Orders and Shipping
We offer free shipping within mainland Spain and Portugal on orders over €100 . For orders under €100, standard shipping within mainland Spain costs €4.50. Shipping to the Balearic Islands has a flat rate (approximately €9.90), while shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla costs €14.95 (these destinations may be subject to customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer). For international orders outside of Spain, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the delivery address during checkout. You will always see the shipping cost before confirming your order.
We're working hard to get your dress to you as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times are: 48 to 72 business hours for shipments within mainland Spain, 4 to 7 business days for the Balearic Islands and Portugal, and approximately 5 to 7 business days for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. For shipments to other European countries, delivery may take up to 10-12 business days depending on the destination. Please note that there are no shipments or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, and that there may be slight delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs or logistical delays). If your order includes any pre-order items, the specific delivery time will be indicated in the product description.
After completing your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email . Once your order is ready and leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to the courier service. With this tracking number, you can follow the status of your order in real time . Additionally, if you created an account on our website, you can log in to the "My Orders" section to check the status and details of your purchases at any time. If you have any questions about the location of your package, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will help you track it.
Returns and Exchanges
If your order isn't perfect or you've simply changed your mind, you can request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving it. The dress must be unworn , in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact (including the special "DO NOT CUT ME" tag). To process a dress return, please follow these steps:
1. Request a return: Email us (or complete the returns form on our website) indicating your order number and the items you wish to return. If you picked up your order in-store, the 15-day period begins from the date we notified you it was ready for collection.
2. Prepare the package: Place the dress and its accessories in the original packaging, making sure to include all tags and protectors just as you received them.
3. Send us the product: We will offer you return options. In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, we can schedule a home collection (approximate cost €7.50) or tell you how to drop it off at a nearby post office (approximate cost €5.50). These costs will be deducted from your refund. If it's more convenient and you're nearby, you can also return it free of charge in person at our store in Madrid or Seville. For returns from other countries, the customer must send the package by registered mail to our address (which we will provide) and will be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs.
4. Receive your refund: Once the package arrives at our facilities, we will verify that the dress is in perfect condition. After inspection, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used. Please note that this process may take a few days depending on your bank or payment platform.
(Important: Items purchased during Special Price promotions or in outlets may have special return conditions, such as the issuance of a voucher with no expiration date instead of a refund. If you have any questions, please consult our return policy or ask us directly.)
Of course! If your dress size isn't right, we offer a size exchange . You have a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date you receive your dress to request an exchange. The first size exchange within mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal is free , and we'll arrange to collect the item and send you the new size at no extra cost. Simply email us at online@vogana.es with your order number and the size you need, and we'll coordinate the shipment. If you need a second size exchange for the same order, shipping costs (approximately €10) may apply from the second exchange onward, and these will be the customer's responsibility. For size exchanges from the rest of the world (outside of Spain/Portugal), due to logistical reasons, we cannot process a direct exchange. In that case, we suggest returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order with the correct size.
If you'd like to exchange your dress for a different style or color , the procedure is to return the original dress and place a new order for the desired style. We don't currently offer direct exchanges, but we'd be happy to help you choose another garment you'll love. Remember that in our physical stores, we can also assist you with available sizes and allow you to try on different styles in person.
Size and Fit Guide

We recommend taking your bust, waist, and hip measurements with a measuring tape and comparing them to the provided size chart. Our dress sizes follow a European standard (for example, approximate equivalents: XS ~ 34, S ~ 36, M ~ 38-40, L ~ 42, XL ~ 44). If you're between sizes, we advise choosing the larger size, as a slightly looser garment can always be easily altered. And if you still have doubts about which size to choose for a specific style, don't hesitate to contact us (by email, phone, or WhatsApp): our customer service team will be happy to assist you personally to ensure you select the perfect size.
Every body is unique, and we understand that you may sometimes need a little adjusting to get the perfect fit. While Vogana doesn't create custom-made garments, our dresses are designed with high-quality cuts and construction that usually allow for minor alterations . If, when you try it on, you find you need minor adjustments (for example, shortening the hem, taking in the waist, or adjusting the straps), you can take your dress to a trusted seamstress or tailor. The seams and fabrics of our designs easily accommodate these adjustments to adapt the garment to your measurements. A well-done hem or alteration can make all the difference and make the dress look tailor-made. However, we recommend trying on the dress with the shoes and underwear you'll wear on the day of the event before making any alterations to ensure the adjustments are appropriate. Care and Materials

Generally, many of our guest dresses are made from high-quality fabrics (such as crepe, satin, velvet, or other delicate materials), so we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing in cold water for most of them. We occasionally launch capsule collections or limited editions, and we also offer pre-order products when we announce new designs, allowing you to reserve your size before they go on general sale. Although we don't create exclusive designs from scratch, our team can advise you on finding the option within our collection that best matches what you're looking for.
