RETURNS PORTAL:

REFUND POLICY
- In-store purchase: 15 calendar days from the purchase date. Returns will be processed via store credit with no expiration date.
- Online purchase with home delivery: 15 calendar days from when you receive the order.
- Online purchase with in-store pickup: 15 calendar days from when you receive the "available in store for pickup" email.
- The 15 days include both the request and the delivery of the return (in store, at a GLS Parcel Shop, or at Correos).
It must be returned with all tags intact and the "DO NOT CUT ME" tag, preferably in its original packaging.
For purchases with a promotional gift, if the entire order is returned, the gifted items must also be returned.
Swimwear purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged.
The shipping costs of the order will not be reimbursed in any case when requesting a return.
For returns made from countries outside the European Union, any customs duties and fees associated with the return will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
If you request a refund, the reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the purchase, or, if you prefer, via a credit voucher.
The refund period may take up to 12 business days.
Important: For products purchased in the Special Prices category, refunds will be issued exclusively via credit voucher.
- SPECIAL PRICE and OUTLET labeled products: The amount will not be refunded. You can exchange it for another product in the same category or request a credit voucher.
- PHYSICAL PRIVATE SALES and OUTLETS: Do not accept exchanges or returns of any kind.
- EARRINGS AND JEWELRY: No exchanges or returns are accepted for any of VOGANA's jewelry and costume jewelry products, as they are considered specific products for parties and events that are not sealed.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other European Union countries: The customer must arrange registered mail shipping to VOGANA Seville and bear the cost. VOGANA is not responsible for lost packages.

USA and countries OUTSIDE the European Union: The transportation costs related to the return will be similar to those of the original shipment and will be communicated to you at the time of the return request. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping costs, tariffs, taxes or other charges associated with the initial order are not refundable under any circumstances. Should we have to incur any of these customs charges upon receiving the return, they will also be deducted from the refund.

- Prepare your package with the items and the return slip (you will receive it by email). We recommend using the VOGANA packaging in which you received our garments.
- Deliver the package:
- Drop it off at the assigned drop-off point.
- Or request home collection (cost according to destination). It is not necessary to print any shipping label.
To request an exchange or return from outside the European Union, please write to central@vogana.es with the subject line: “International Return + order number”.
Transportation costs related to the return will be similar to the shipping costs and will be communicated to you at the time of the return request. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items purchased at our physical points of sale are not eligible for a monetary refund; only a size exchange or an exchange for another item of equal or higher value may be requested within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the purchase date.
If a return is requested, it will be issued as a credit note with no expiration date.
Swimwear collection items are not eligible for exchange or return.
*Exchanges or returns will not be accepted without the "Do not cut me" tag.
CHANGES
Peninsular Spain and Portugal: FREE. Vogana covers the cost of the first size exchange; subsequent exchanges are the customer's responsibility, costing €10 each.
Balearic Islands: €9.50
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and other countries: The customer must process a return and place a new order to receive the desired product.
You can exchange your size and product in our stores in Madrid or Seville.
Home collection
- Access here with your email or phone number and order number.
- Choose the new garment: you can change the size or select another product available on the website.
- Confirm the address where we will pick up and deliver.
- Prepare the package with the return delivery note (you will receive everything by email).
- Receive the new garment at the time of collection: the carrier will collect the garment to be returned and deliver the new one at the same time.
It is not necessary to print labels. Please remember that collection takes place during the day, with no guaranteed time slot.

RECURRING REFUNDS
At Vogana, we strive to offer you a safe and satisfying shopping experience. To prevent fraudulent activity and protect both our customers and the integrity of our system, we have regulated access to user accounts.
We monitor all transactions, and should we detect recurring returns or returns deemed fraudulent—according to our criteria and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions—Vogana reserves the right to limit or close accounts that may be misusing the service. If this applies to you, we will contact you beforehand to inform you of the situation.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
If your order has not yet been prepared, we recommend that you write to us via WhatsApp at +34 600 49 00 54 to inform us and see if we can still cancel it. If cancellation is possible, there is a fixed cancellation processing fee of €3.50 for the return, which will be deducted from your refund.
If it has already been shipped, once you receive it, you can return it here.
If the customer rejects delivery, the refund will be processed once the package returns to the warehouse, with the return costs deducted.
